Required Skills: •Lead total store operations, focusing on associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction, with emphasis on sales processes and budget management. •Manage financial performance through effective P&L oversight and cost-control initiatives. •Drive operational excellence by reducing waste and introducing process improvements that enhance customer and associate experiences. •Recruit, train, and promote associates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support store success and company growth. •Foster engagement and development through regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching conversations. •Provide vision and motivation to senior management teams, setting clear strategies and goals for store success. •Responsible for the Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program for your department and/or location, including but not limited to self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.
