Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics preferred. •Knowledge of consumer lending and loan servicing processes. •Strong customer service and communication skills. •Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume work environment. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software applications.
