Qualifications: •A personality that comes through on camera. Warm, credible, watchable. People trust you and want to keep listening. •You know how to live stream. You're comfortable on camera, in the moment, unscripted, for extended stretches. •Social media savvy. You understand what makes live content land, how audiences behave, and how a moment travels. •Quick on your feet verbally. You can narrate a developing situation clearly and hold an audience while doing it. •Comfortable being a public face. This role is visible by design. •Sharp judgment under pressure. You stay calm when the situation isn't. •Fast, accurate, and detail-obsessed. You never upgrade a rumor into a fact. •Deeply mission-aligned. You understand that real people are on the other end of every incident, and you treat that with the seriousness it deserves. •There's no single path into this role, and no specific degree is required. We care far more about what you can do than where you learned it. Strong candidates usually come from one (or more) of these lanes: •Live broadcast / on-camera hosting: local news, weather, sports sideline, live event hosting, or live shopping. If you can talk fluidly and unscripted while things are moving, that's the skill.
