Required Skills: •Support litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and regulatory investigations. •Research issues raised in complaints, disputes, and inquiries. •Gather, review, analyze, and organize documents and client information. •Partner with attorneys, outside counsel, and business stakeholders to support legal matters and facilitate information sharing. •Prepare case summaries and recommendations for counsel. •Assist with subpoenas, court orders, and other litigation-related activities. •Maintain litigation files, reporting, legal databases, and case calendars. •Identify risks, recommend solutions, and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: •Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams. •Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to work independently. •Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies. •FINRA dispute resolution or arbitration experience preferred. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. •Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
