Required Skills: •Plans, coordinates, facilitates, and evaluates life support education and skill validation for team members, learners, and physicians to ensure current knowledge and practices align with American Heart Association (AHA) and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) standards. •Ensures adult learning principles are integrated into all programs. •Provides general and population-specific education to support safe, efficient, and competent practitioners. •Demonstrates familiarity and competency with the current Learning Management System (LMS). •Participates in specialty-specific, site-specific, or corporate committees and/or educational initiatives that influence organizational strategic imperatives. •Cleans, decontaminates, and maintains equipment in accordance with OH and the AHA safety standards. •Demonstrates professional accountability through involvement in multidisciplinary organizations. •Facilitates professional development of team members through the utilization of educational curriculum. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent. •Maintain current BLS/Healthcare Provider and instructor certification. •Maintain current ACLS and/or PALS Instructor certification (advanced courses only).
