Required Skills: - Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills. - Assist participants with daily activities including cooking, shopping, budgeting, banking, transportation, housekeeping, and meal preparation. - Help individuals pursue educational, vocational, and employment opportunities. - Assess participant strengths and learning styles to support individualized skill development. - Model positive social skills and healthy interpersonal relationships. - Support participation in community, recreational, social, and cultural activities. - Complete required documentation, including daily notes, medication records, mileage logs, and incident reports. - Monitor or administer medications as prescribed following required training. - Operate agency vehicles in accordance with agency policies and procedures. - Attend supervision, staff meetings, trainings, and clinical meetings as required. - Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
