Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in related field required •Certification requirement: You must hold a CPHQ certification (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) through National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) at time of hire or attain within by December 31, 2028.
