Required Skills: •The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple licensing programs and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal and external partners are essential. •Work in the Nexus BrandComply software platform to manage collegiate licensing activities. •Review licensing applications for completeness and accuracy and assist applicants throughout the licensing process. •Process and track new license applications to ensure they have all required documentation and approvals. •Create licensing contracts in the BrandComply system for new applicants seeking licenses with Nexus client universities. •Process amendments to existing license agreements, including adding new properties when requested. •Process renewals for existing licensees during the applicable renewal period (April- July). •Follow up with applicants and licensees regarding outstanding information, documentation, signatures, and approvals. Qualifications: •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and licensing programs simultaneously. •Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate web-based platforms. •Professional and courteous communication style. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and take initiative. •Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information appropriately. •Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. •Operational familiarity with contracts, insurance certificates, compliance documentation, and renewal processes.
