Required Skills: •Coordinate and administer all Gauge Lab activities related to the global licensee network within LEC 3.0. •Ensure compliance with established Gauge Lab procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements. •Serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments and licensees regarding gauge-related activities. •Maintain accurate records of gauge transactions, certifications, qualifications, and inventory within LEC 3.0 and the Gauge Lab application. •Actively facilitate and support operational readiness of the global licensee network by coordinating procurement, calibration, verification, qualification, and inspection activities. •Communicate status updates, issues, and recommendations to the Licensee Management Team and other stakeholders. •Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with licensees and internal customers. •Process incoming global requests for gauge and tooling procurement, rentals, sales, recalibration, verification, and related Gauge Lab services. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED is required; additional advance education is a plus. •Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English. •Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. •Knowledge of MS Office, i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Demonstrated capacity to work in an ERP type application. •Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and self-reliant.
