Required Skills: •Program and Product Management: Own and continuously refine EIP's financing program model, processes, tools, and matching function to maximize the number of viable energy efficiency and clean energy projects that advance to implementation. •Lender Recruitment and Network Development: Identify, engage, recruit, and maintain a diverse network of national, regional, and local financing providers with products that fit program customers and project types. •Lender Qualification, Education, and Support: Understand lender products and underwriting requirements, educate lenders on energy efficiency project economics and utility program delivery, and support effective participation in the financing network. •Matching Desk and Team Coordination: Manage the lender side of the financing matching desk and coordinate the contractor-facing outreach function so qualified opportunities are routed efficiently to appropriate financing providers. •Client and Program Management: Serve as EIP's day-to-day program lead with the prime implementation contractor and utility sponsor, coordinating priorities, approvals, performance, reporting, meetings, and issue resolution. •Performance and Financial Management: Establish and track program KPIs, referral and conversion outcomes, lender participation, and internal administrative and financial requirements, including invoicing inputs and performance reporting. •Market Intelligence and Continuous Improvement: Identify financing gaps, lender appetite, borrower and contractor barriers, and emerging opportunities, and use those insights to improve program design, lender coverage, customer experience, and market impact. •Manage and Refine the Financing Program: Own day-to-day program operations and continuously improve the financing product, referral process, matching criteria, tools, workflows, and partner experience based on performance data and market feedback. Qualifications: •Lending and Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial lending products, credit considerations, underwriting concepts, financing structures, and borrower or project evaluation. •Program and Product Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and improve a program, product, or market-facing service, including workflows, performance metrics, partner coordination, and continuous improvement. •Relationship Development: Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and manage productive relationships with lenders, financial institutions, clients, or other external partners. •Client and Team Leadership: Ability to serve as a day-to-day client lead, coordinate a small cross-functional delivery team, manage competing priorities, and maintain accountability for program outcomes. •Training and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain energy efficiency, financing, and program concepts clearly to professional audiences. •Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess lender capabilities and project characteristics, analyze program performance, identify market or process gaps, and develop practical improvements. •Organization and Technology Skills: Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, dashboards, and partner or project tracking tools. •Commercial or Small Business Lending Experience: Experience originating, underwriting, managing, or supporting commercial or small business loans or financing products. •Energy Efficiency or Clean Energy Finance Experience: Familiarity with energy efficiency, distributed energy, equipment finance, energy project finance, or other clean energy financing models. •Program or Product Management Experience: Experience designing, launching, managing, or refining a financing, utility, market-transformation, or other partner-driven program or product.
