Assist with all facets of the lateral onboarding process, including orientation, integration of new lateral hires, and execution of related training programs. •Assist with coordinating the firm’s in-house and client CLE training programs including scheduling, invitations, materials, speaker support, attendance tracking, technology coordination, and other day-of logistics. •Actively facilitate and support firm’s CLE accreditation processes, including by maintaining accurate CLE records and issuing CLE certificates in accordance with the applicable requirements of the firm’s four primary jurisdictions (New York, Illinois, California, and Texas). •Leverage AI tools to create workflows, better efficiencies and process updates. •Serve as an ambassador of the Firm and New York office with all attorneys, candidates, legal services vendor and legal search firms. •Serve as the point of contact for all New York lateral attorney new hires. •Update attorney files using our HRIS system, monitor recruiting expenses, and process expense reimbursements. Assist with maintaining CLE recordings and materials in CE Manager, the firm’s training database and CLE compliance tracking software. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a service-oriented attitude. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional manner. •Demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to exercise discretion, good judgment, flexibility and maintain confidential information at all times. •Demonstrated capacity to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances. •Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
