Qualifications: •JD or equivalent legal qualification. •3 + years of practicing law in-house, at a top-tier law firm, or advising a sophisticated corporate legal team. •In-depth knowledge of the workflows, challenges, and demands of in-house legal teams, including balancing legal risk with business priorities. •Executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with legal and business stakeholders at all levels. •Outstanding communication and presentation skills — comfortable leading a live demo, facilitating a workshop, or engaging in strategic customer conversations. •Deep curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal work, paired with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and bias toward action. •Track record partnering with senior stakeholders to drive results, with curiosity for testing approaches and optimizing for customer outcomes. •Cross-functional experience (business, ops, compliance, product), sales/customer-facing experience (law firm BD, secondment), and/or hands-on experience using AI tools in legal practice are all pluses.
