Qualifications: •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. •Direct experience negotiating EPC, construction, or complex solutions-based contracts. •Operational familiarity with the energy sector (e.g., power generation, transmission, renewables) is strongly preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced environment. •Willing to travel 15% domestically and internationally. •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
