Required Skills: •Be a member of a lean, growing team and a trusted advisor on some of the company’s most consequential work, including major corporate- and project-level debt financings and other strategic transactions for a well-funded technology infrastructure company. •Cross-Functional Communication and Support: You will work closely across multiple business teams, including Finance and Corporate Development, Cloud Sales, Digital Infrastructure, and Commercial. •Present complex legal concepts clearly to the AGC and non-legal audiences, coordinating between outside counsel and internal teams.
