Required Skills: •The selected candidates will work collaboratively with colleagues, remain actively involved in professional organizations, and actively participate in College of Nursing faculty governance. •Teach online courses in the MSN -Leadership and Management Program, DNP -Executive Program, and other graduate or undergraduate courses as assigned and qualified. •Plan, organize, and deliver instruction that supports student learning and success. •Actively facilitate and support College of Nursing mission and departmental efforts to advance excellence in teaching and learning. •Partner cross-functionally with the department chair and faculty colleagues to plan, develop, and improve courses and curricula. •Advise and mentor students and, as appropriate to rank, support adjunct faculty and early-career faculty. •Participate in department, college, and university service, including committee leadership as appropriate to rank. •Earned doctorate in nursing or a health-related field from an accredited institution at he time of application. Qualifications: •Expertise in nursing leadership, including healthcare finance, quality improvement, patient safety, and systems leadership. •Demonstrated experience designing courses and curricula. •Certification or formal preparation in online education quality standards, such as Quality Matters or the Online Learning Consortium. •Certification in nursing leadership, such as NE-BC, NEA-BC, CNML, or CENP. •Demonstrated scholarship, such as publications or national presentations. •Active participation in professional organizations related to nursing leadership, nursing management, or executive health leadership. •Formal training or experience in leadership coaching, executive coaching, or mentorship programs that support leadership development in healthcare settings. •A letter of interest describing qualifications for the position, such as teaching experience/interest. •: Please have all documents ready when applying so they can be simultaneously uploaded.
