Required Skills: •Ensure proper processing, tracking and approvals of all leave cases assigned from the initial notification through return to work. Provide required notices and documentation as required to maintain federal, state and local leave compliance. •Oversee the Leaves and Accommodation group mailbox; assign tasks to team members and escalate as necessary •Maintain proper records under the firm’s leave policies and processes, with timely monitoring of all pending leave and accommodation requests, all ongoing leaves (including continuous, intermittent, and reduced schedule), and all implemented accommodations, and follow up on outstanding requests •Partner with HR team members to provide guidance as a subject matter expert to firm employees on leaves and disability laws, policies, and practices, and ensure proper recording in the firm’s HRIS. •Properly escalate issues to the Leaves Manager, Director of Total Rewards, Well-Being Director, Chief Talent Officer and internal counsel to determine appropriate responses to complicated or escalated scenarios. •Partner with benefits team, HRIS and talent teams internal counsel on process and compliance improvements. •Provide timely reporting to assist managers and Human Resources Business Partners to properly address potential staffing concerns. •Facilitate interactive discussions under the firm’s accommodation process. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in a related field such as Human Resources Administration or Psychology helpful. •SHRM or PHR designations/certifications are a plus •For Washington, the expected salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $120,000. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
