Required Skills: •System Administration & Course Management •Build and manage curricula, courses, learning paths, and certifications within the LMS based on specifications from Learning and Talent Development teams. •Assign learners to training, manage enrollments, and configure automation rules. •Maintain system data integrity, roles/permissions, and user hierarchies. •Set up and manage course evaluations, assessments, and completion tracking. •Publish and archive learning content. •Ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility and troubleshoot upload or playback issues. •Vendor and Content Management Qualifications: •Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications •Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and user experience. •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis. •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. •Excellent organizational and communication skills. •Preferred Education, Experience, And Qualifications •Operational familiarity with UKG and LinkedIn Learning. •Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. •Approximately 5-10%; actual travel may vary based on business needs.
