Required Skills: •Design, develop, publish, and maintain learning content across multiple formats including eLearning, videos, job aids, performance support tools, instructor-led materials, and microlearning experiences. •Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate risk and security concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. •Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle, including design, development, review cycles, publishing, implementation, maintenance, and retirement. •Ensure learning content remains current, accessible, brand-aligned, and consistent across programs and platforms. •Evaluate learning effectiveness and learner feedback to continuously improve content quality, usability, and impact. •Explore and apply emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and modern content development techniques to improve the learning experience. •Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. •3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, or related field.
