Required Skills: •Learning Program Design & Delivery •Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, performance challenges, and development opportunities, and recommend appropriate learning and performance support solutions. •Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and eLearning solutions, including onboarding programs, leadership development experiences, workshops, and webinars. •Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, job aids, learning activities, and supporting resources. •Prepare and support subject matter experts and internal facilitators in the delivery of ALCO-developed learning content, where applicable. •Incorporate feedback, evaluation data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve learning effectiveness. •Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning technologies. •Create, schedule, maintain, and publish learning offerings, enrollments, assignments, attendance records, and completion data. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field required. •Master's degree in a related field preferred. •Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. •Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, analytical, and project management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to assess performance needs and determine when learning is, and is not, the appropriate solution. •Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and related business technologies. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while building strong cross-functional partnerships. •Occasional travel, including overnight travel, may be required. •All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, in accordance with ALCO’s policies and applicable law. •ALCO reserves the right to adjust responsibilities and expectations based on business needs.
