(70%) •Identifies long-range training goals and develops strategies, recommendations, and annual plans to support employee development initiatives and organizational priorities. Develops curricula, learning objectives, instructional materials, participant resources, and evaluation tools to support program outcomes and learner success. (10%) •Analyzes participant feedback, learning outcomes, and program data to evaluate program effectiveness and develop recommendations for improvement. Prepares reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. (5%) •Researches, recommends, and applies technology, tools, and innovative training methods to enhance virtual and hybrid learning experiences and participant engagement. (5%) •Assists other leadership academies with individualized coaching and session support where needed. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
