Required Skills: •This position will work remotely from a home office for day-to-day operations. Estimated quarterly travel to Dearborn, MI or Tampa, FL. •Own the action planning enablement approach, including standards for plan quality, leader guidance, and support resources. •Provide tiered leader enablement, including targeted coaching for priority leaders and scalable self-service tools for broader populations. •Facilitate leader working sessions that translate listening results into clear commitments, owners, and follow-through plans. •Monitor action plan adoption, quality indicators, and follow-through patterns; recommend improvements and escalation where appropriate. •Partner with Organizational Intelligence to convert key insights into leader-ready recommended actions and decision support. •Partner with Culture Systems workflows to ensure tracking, reminders, and leader access operate reliably. •Build reusable resources (job aids, playbooks, templates) that improve leader capability and reduce dependence on one-off support.
