They're here most nights. They know what they're chasing. They notice when something goes wrong, and they notice when someone remembers. •Right now, no one owns those relationships by name. That's the job. •This is a sales role built on relationships •, not a service role with a relationship veneer. You'll carry a book of our highest-spend collectors and a number that goes with it. You'll grow the collectors who are already active, win back the ones who've gone quiet, and move high-potential members up into the top tier. •Two things make this different from a standard VIP job. Reactivation is not a side project — a meaningful share of your target will come from collectors who used to spend with us and stopped. And you are expected to hunt •. Some of the collectors who should be on Drip have never heard of us, and finding them, reaching them, and bringing them in is part of the role, not a stretch goal. •This is the first hire on a function we're building from scratch, and it's a lead role. You'll co-build the program with our Head of Retention & Whale Acquisition — tiering, cadence, perk structure, playbook — and you'll be the person we build the team around as it scales. If you want to inherit someone else's system and run it, this isn't the job. •Carry a revenue target against a defined book of top collectors, and hit it Qualifications: •Knowledge of the hobby — sports cards, Pokémon, or TCG. You know sets, chase cards, grading, and comps, or you can learn it fast enough that no one can tell •Management experience, or a clear readiness for it •We are not looking for a support queue manager or a relationship caretaker, or someone who only performs when the leads arrive pre-qualified.
