Required Skills: •Security 101 – Richmond is now recruiting for a Lead Commercial Electronic Security Technician that has experience installing commercial electronic security devices. Primarily CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems for new construction projects and modifications for existing security systems. •Installing, terminating, configuring, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision. System knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, IP network systems, and visitor management. •Leading a team on project installations. •Managing quality control and providing fanatical customer service •Taking responsibility for and tracking project progress. •Successfully demonstrate installation, termination, test and perform maintenance on the following hardware from leading manufacturers like Von Duprin, Assa Abloy, HID, Honeywell, etc. •EREX (Emergency Request to Exit Buttons) •REX (Request to Exit) PIR Qualifications: •High School (or GED) minimum requirement •Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications (preferred) •Is a DFWP and EOE organization with a team-oriented work environment. Must have a clean driving record; pass a background investigation and a drug-test screening. Must also be able to work in both office and outside environments, climb a ladder, use a forklift, and carry boxes weighing 50lbs.
