Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution •Training & Development: Train junior technicians on security systems installation, best practices, and safety protocols. Provide guidance on effective troubleshooting and system configuration •Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of installations, system configurations, and test results. Generate progress reports for internal stakeholders •Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, local and national codes, and company policies.
