Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience with enterprise monitoring platforms, operational analytics, service health reporting, capacity management, event management, and IT Service Management integrations is highly desirable. •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience.
