Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. •A minimum of 10 years of total experience in quality engineering, system testing, or a related technical field. About 2+ years in a quality technical leadership role leading and growing a geographically dispersed team. •Extensive experience with Unified Communications platforms, specifically Microsoft Teams and Zoom. •In-depth understanding of UC system architectures, protocols, and integrations. •In-depth knowledge of end-to-end networking concepts, including TCP/IP, UDP, routing, and network protocols in distributed systems environments. •Proven experience in testing and ensuring the quality of UC solutions, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience. •Audio Quality: Expertise in testing and validating audio quality, including noise cancellation, echo reduction, and audio clarity in various UC scenarios. •Camera Quality: In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience in testing camera quality, including resolution, frame rate, autofocus, and low-light performance. •Video Quality: Proficiency in assessing and ensuring high video quality, including resolution, latency, and smoothness of video streams, as well as optimizing video performance for different network conditions. •Operational familiarity with UC hardware and software interoperability issues and solutions.
