Hiring: Lead Surveillance Engineer Company: Bechtel Corporation Location: Houston, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 13:38:55 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Project Management, Quality Assurance About the job Experience: •10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience •13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience Required Skills: •Leads and supervises quality surveillance activities covered by the QMS and the project quality plan (PQP) and requirements including pre-award assessments of potential suppliers. •Leads reviews and determines surveillance program compliance with the QMS. •Establishes and leads Surveillance teams. •Prepare annual project Surveillance schedule. •Prepares and/or supervises development of Surveillance reports. •Assesses and monitors all project functions, including project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. •Reviews and monitors nonconforming conditions and associated corrective actions to ensure quality program effectiveness. •Reviews and determines applicable quality requirements for inclusion in selected engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) surveillances.
