This role works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, manufacturing teams, and regional leadership to drive successful project delivery. •The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong field teams, and takes ownership of project execution from pre-construction through completion. •Travel to project sites and manufacturing facilities is required as part of this role. •Field Leadership •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Superintendents across multiple projects. •Coordinate superintendent schedules and project assignments across the region.
