Required Skills: •The position requires strong collaboration across GSPS, Sustainability, Accounts Payable, Financial Controls, and Enterprise Resiliency teams to ensure accurate process documentation and standardization, data integrity, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and continuous improvement. •Actively facilitate and support Director of Process and Policy and broader leadership team with strategic input on process governance, operational strategy, and long-term process improvement roadmap development. •Analyze existing processes to identify standardization, automation, control enhancement, and continuous improvement opportunities. •Support deployment of process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. •Develop and maintain procurement process documentation, procedures, process maps, and operational guidance. •Establish governance for process documentation, ensuring timely updates, version control, and ongoing maintenance of process assets. •Assist with internal audits, identify process risks, and support remediation and corrective action efforts. •Support sustainability reporting and compliance requirements, including procurement-related greenhouse gas (GHG) data collection and management.
