Hiring: Lead Solutions Architect Company: Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC Location: Virginia, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 00:03:30 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : AWS, Agile, Azure, CI/CD, Confluence, Enterprise Architecture, Event-Driven, FedRAMP, GCP, Git, Jira, Microservices, SAFe, Systems Design, Terraform, Zero Trust About the job Experience: •15+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems design, or large-scale modernization initiatives Required Skills: •This position supports Revolutional’s federal customer as part of an application transformation and modernization initiative. •The core challenge: orchestrating complex, multi-contractor delivery while transforming both technology and operating models without disrupting mission-critical operations. •As a at Revolutional, you will define and drive enterprise solution architecture strategy and governance across a large-scale federal modernization program. •Work across architecture, engineering, operations, security, and program leadership teams to design and govern scalable, secure, and interoperable solutions spanning applications, integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and operational systems. •This role requires someone who can balance long-term architectural vision with operational delivery realities, while establishing architecture standards, modernization roadmaps, and governance practices supporting enterprise transformation initiatives. •Provide technical leadership across enterprise solution architecture efforts within a large-scale modernization program •Design end-to-end enterprise architectures spanning applications, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and operational systems •Lead system-of-systems (SoS) integration efforts across multiple systems, vendors, contractors, and enterprise platforms Qualifications: •US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust •Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale architectures across distributed systems environments •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance •Strong experience designing end-to-end enterprise architectures across application, integration, cloud, and data domains •In-depth knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks including NIST, FedRAMP, ATO processes, Zero Trust, and secure SDLC requirements Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
