As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in eliciting requirements, collaborate with architects and technical leads to drive technology solutions, and serve as a technical liaison for commerce-web team. Additionally, you will serve a key role in mentoring and developing the engineering team. •Hybrid (Lakeland, FL): To support our hybrid work model, candidates must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a commutable distance of Lakeland, FL. •Enjoy the best of both worlds - collaborate in person and innovate remotely. •Candidates selected to advance in the interview process will be required to participate in at least one onsite interview at our Lakeland, FL campus. •Commerce-Web applications and cloud-native solutions •Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. •Architect and implement complex technical solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams. •Monitor and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, resolving application and infrastructure performance issues.
