Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). •Proven expertise in RF/Telecom system architecture at the product and platform level. •In-depth knowledge of RF system integration, validation, and production readiness. •Demonstrated ability to assess technical risks and make sound engineering trade-off decisions. •Solid functional working knowledge of regulatory standards and certification requirements, including FCC, ETSI, and related compliance frameworks. •Excellent leadership, communication, and technical mentoring skills. •U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. security clearance may be required, depending on program requirements. •Operational familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD), environmental qualification testing, and defense product development.
