Required Skills: •In This Role, You Will •Develop and execute an enterprise test automation strategy aligned with software development, quality engineering, and business objectives. •Design scalable automation frameworks and test suites for regression, smoke, sanity, API, mobile, and performance testing while ensuring test coverage, traceability, and reusability. •Establish automation success metrics, measure automation effectiveness and return on investment, and communicate progress and results to leadership. •Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools while defining requirements for test data, test environments, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. •Partner with product, development, architecture, and business teams to prioritize automation, support in-sprint testing, estimate delivery efforts, and drive continuous process improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. •We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
