The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field •Demonstrated ability to manage products that span multiple platforms or systems of record •Strong discovery and facilitation skills - comfortable leading structured conversations with business stakeholders to uncover needs and define requirements •Demonstrated capacity to translate complex operational workflows into clear, actionable product requirements •Proven success influencing without authority across technical teams, platform owners, and business stakeholders •Operational familiarity with Agile delivery methods and experience writing epics, features, and user stories •Applied hands-on capability in supply chain / procurement platforms (ie.
