Required Skills: •Acts as the primary point of contact for business teams to intake requests related to AI and data analytics projects; oversees demand management to align business priorities with AI capabilities. •Leads the development and management of the product roadmap for AI solutions, prioritizing features and tasks based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource availability. •Collaborates with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams to define AI product requirements, success criteria, and ensure timely communication of project status. •Works with AI development teams to define, develop, and deliver AI-powered products and solutions; oversees user acceptance testing and ensures quality standards are met before deployment. •Drives a culture of continuous improvement within the COE, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and AI capabilities; monitors post-deployment performance. •Oversees integration and usage of key AI tools and platforms including Azure Databricks, Mosaic AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Machine Learning, Power BI, and Azure AI Services. •Identifies potential risks and issues with product delivery; ensures proactive management of dependencies, risks, and blockers to ensure timely delivery. •Fosters a collaborative environment among data science, engineering, and business teams; provides thought leadership on AI trends and supports growth of junior team members. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •Relevant certifications in product management, AI, or data analytics are a plus.
