Required Skills: •Lead and oversee Rework Job Set-up, including training operators in rework processes/best practices, and overseeing those operators to ensure proper execution of the rework. Monitors assigned lines to obtain established production and quality targets. Maintains compliance of systems, processes, and procedures. •Sets-up production tables with required processes and tools •Provides and documents training for associates on production table processes and related work instructions •Maintains component/BOM during the rework activity •Monitors reworks to ensure that they are all performed as written •Assures established production targets are met •Reviews, resolves, and reports quality and process related issues to immediate Supervisor •Reads and understands Concern Studies (CS’s)/Authorized Revisions (A/Rs) and wire harness drawings Qualifications: •Degree Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in technical or manufacturing field preferred. •Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Product Coordinator, or a minimum of 3 - 4 years of quality inspection/rework experience preferred. •Language: English, Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) preferred •On Call Requirements: As required •Office position – primarily sedentary.
