Required Skills: •Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities, through coordination and instruction of subcontractor’s management staff within the area of responsibility. •Role supports on mid-size projects of medium to high complexity with multiple stakeholders’ involvement. •Monitors subcontractor construction schedules, resource charts, and material and equipment requirements. •Reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements. •Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules. •Supervise and ensure direct hire work is planned to coincide with the overall schedule and budget. •Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements •Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management. Qualifications: •Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. •Hands-on implementation of AWP and OSM strategies; experience with project setup, system turnover, and completion preferred. •Proficiency with digital execution tools, 4D/5D planning, and analytics preferred.
