Required Skills: •Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, including salaries, taxes, benefits, wage attachments, garnishments, deductions, and payroll updates. •Reconcile and audit payroll transactions, resolve discrepancies, maintain accurate payroll records, and manage year-end activities including W-2 reconciliation. •Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local wage, hour, tax, and payroll requirements, and support internal and external audits. •Evaluate payroll processes and systems, implement improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency, and participate in testing payroll enhancements and regulatory updates. •Partner with HR stakeholders to maintain consistent payroll processes, resolve issues, and ensure clear understanding of payroll requirements and expectations.
