Required Skills: •Solution Architecture: Lead process mapping, end-to-end delivery, and system integration workflows across S2P (primary focus) and financial consolidation platforms. •Functional Design: Author business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and system configuration specs. •Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate discovery workshops, lead UAT, and serve as the core translator between business needs and technical teams. •Platform Health: Oversee upgrades, quarterly patch releases, compliance governance, and production incident resolution. •Global Coordination: Collaborate with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams (occasional 7:00 AM PT coordination). Qualifications: •Advanced expertise in Oracle Fusion Source-to-Pay (S2P) and experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, and production support. •3+ years deep functional expertise supporting corporate EPM/CPM environments (Consolidated Financials, Planning/Budgeting, Reconciliation, Master Data) and General Ledger integrations. •At least two full-cycle implementations covering the EPM & S2P process area. •Strong background in SDLC documentation, UAT execution, data controls, and release management.
