Hiring: Lead Oracle ERP Application Analyst - Financial Company: Garmin Location: Olathe, KS Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:39:09 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Agile, Change Management, Oracle ERP, PL/SQL, Project Management, Scrum About the job Experience: •9 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Required Skills: •Implements and supports Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as well as other business applications •Demonstrates experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training •Identifies and implements opportunities for system improvement around stability, performance, security, and maintainability •Identifies interdependencies in programs and is the go-to person for ensuring high quality products •Develops, maintains, and executes test scripts to verify controls, security, and usability •Assists with data migration and related data quality activities •Develops reliable solutions to complex problems through ingenuity and creativity •Determines complex functional designs across many functional/module areas Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another related field AND a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience •Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions •Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting •Proficiency in at least three of the following Oracle EBS modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and/or Cost Management. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of how processes, data, and technology can enable problems and opportunities •Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time to support business operations, customer engagements, project implementations, and collaboration with global teams Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
