Required Skills: •Lead complex mechanical building systems projects from planning through construction •Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers •Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction •Review engineering designs, calculations, specifications, and construction documents •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders •Support construction administration activities and technical issue resolution •Develop and maintain client relationships •Participate in proposals, presentations, and business development efforts Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering •10+ years of mechanical engineering experience within building systems or MEP consulting •Demonstrated project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and quality oversight •Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills •Knowledge of building codes and standards including IBC, ASHRAE, and NFPA •Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD •Strong leadership, organizational, and presentation skills •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams •Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Compensation: •$150,000 - $190,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
