You’ll contribute to systems and products that have direct impact on the future of flight and global transportation. •Lead daily priorities for the material fulfillment team and coordinate work across shifts to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP) goals. •Train, mentor and support other material handlers and stockroom staff. •Use MRP/ERP systems (Oracle) to enter and manage material transactions, resolve transaction inquiries and ensure timely work order release. •Oversee stockroom operations: kitting, release of kits to production, managing backorders and resolving floor shortages. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining. •Bachelor’s degree is desired but not required. •Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be willing to stand for extended periods. •What Success Looks Like In This Role •Smooth, timely material flow to production with minimal shortages. •Improved inventory accuracy and efficient cycle count reconciliation. •Team members who are well‑trained, engaged, and meeting daily priorities. •Active participation and measurable impact in lean/continuous improvement initiatives. •The base pay range for this position is $30 - $35/hr.
