Engage in assessing quality, delivery and cost risks early, provide support on problem solving to attain rate. •Manage integrated schedules, align cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, at-cost execution of commitments. •Act as a key interface with DoD customers, managing contractual obligations and fostering clear communication across stakeholders. •Possess in-depth knowledge of best practices and integrates with others; has working knowledge of industry capability to help make decisions on process and supplier. •Adopt FLIGHT DECK actively in all aspects of work scopes, using Standard Work, Action Planning and Problem Solving effectively. Uses technical experience and expertise and data analysis to support recommendations. •Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university •Minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Operations or Business Operations •Must be a US citizen •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance •Willingness to travel domestically up to15% (as needed) •Significant aerospace manufacturing experience with conventional machining, nonconventional machining, fabrication, joining, and inspection. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret part drawings. Proficient in GD&T and inspection methods. •Operational familiarity with Aerospace Quality standards. •Prior experience in special processes. Certifying agent certification is a big plus.
