Required Skills: •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair laptops, desktops, and mobile devices down to the component level (display replacements, battery swaps, keyboard/trackpad fixes, and motherboard component swaps). •Perform triage and component harvesting from non-functional units. •Execute standard OS loading, BIOS updates, and firmware configuration. •Inspect incoming and outgoing assets to verify grade (Cosmetic A/B/C/D) and functional condition against standard ITAD metrics. •Ensure data sanitization standards (e.g., NIST 800-88, DoD) are fully met and audit logs are accurate before assets move to inventory. •Conduct final audits on repaired or refurbished units to prevent non-conforming items from reaching clients or resale channels. •Depot & Inventory Support •Assist with depot receiving, unboxing, palletizing, sorting, and logging incoming assets into the ERP system.
