Maintain continual oversight of incoming receipts, RMA backlogs, and outgoing material requests to ensure compliance with metric targets •Re-assign daily shift resources to meet demands and prioritize critical data center hardware, spare parts, and infrastructure materials •Provide input to employees’ performance •Function as focal point for area group production coordinators, Site Operations, and priorities related to inventory and material flow •Participate in adding to the area’s to-do lists for improvement projects •Fulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed •Mentor employees to meet supervisor expectations for the job Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalency certificate •2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment •2+ years of experience working in materials management or inventory control •Demonstrated capacity to lift 25–50 lbs. unassisted •Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position •Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed to support data center operations and build schedules •Must be able to work in a warehouse and data center environment •Bachelor’s degree Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
