Required Skills: •Serve as the functional lead for Payroll, Absence Mgmt. SME for ADP and ADP Workforce Manager- Globalview (including Celegro) and Benefits, ensuring alignment with SuccessFactors Employee Central. •Drive strategic roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of system enhancements aligned with business goals. •Ensure alignment across HRIS, payroll, and workforce systems in a complex ecosystem. •Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and COEs to deliver integrated, scalable, and compliant solutions. •Lead governance, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Workforce Manager & Celegro Optimization •Own configuration and optimization of timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management, leveraging advanced Celegro capabilities. •Ensure consistency and accuracy of workforce data between ADP and SuccessFactors. Qualifications: •Strong hands-on experience with ADP Globalview including Celegro. •Proven experience supporting global payroll environments and integrations. •Deep expertise in global absence management policies and processes. •Applied hands-on capability in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) in an integrated landscape. •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. •Demonstrated capacity to operate across global, complex HR technology ecosystems. •Strong ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes. •Expertise in cross-system integration and data flows (SuccessFactors ↔ ADP ↔ Payroll) •Passion for driving automation and improving employee experience. •Work Schedule: Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as periodic on-site attendance may be required.
