Hiring: Lead, Health Services Company: Royal Caribbean Group Location: Miami, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:38:25 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Care Coordination, Electronic Health Records, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Population Health Management, Risk Management About the job Required Skills: •Reporting to the AVP, Clinical Services, the Lead serves as a subject matter expert in population health management and preventive medicine while fostering a culture of health and wellbeing throughout the crew population. •This position is based in the Miami Corporate Office and requires periodic domestic and international travel (approximately 10-15%). •Establish program goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and outcome measures to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. •Monitor population health trends and evaluate program performance through data collection, analytics, and reporting. •Provide quarterly population health reports, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership. •Identify crew members at elevated risk for medical debarkation and ensure timely escalation and coordination with Medical Operations and Risk Management teams. •Develop, maintain, and regularly update standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and workflows related to population health and disease prevention programs. •Leadership & Team Management Qualifications: •Certification in Case Management (CCM), Population Health, Public Health, Occupational Health, or Wellness Coaching. •Bilingual or multilingual capabilities; proficiency in a second language is strongly preferred.
