Hiring: Lead Financial Analyst Company: Kforce Inc Location: Englewood, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:09:24 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Project Management, SQL About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, strategy, analytics, or a related field Required Skills: •Analyze financial and business data to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making •Build and maintain financial models to project and evaluate business and project performance, inform strategic decisions, and maximize profitability •Develop forecasts, reporting, and financial analyses in partnership with Finance and other business teams •Support initiatives designed to improve customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value •Lead key business initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable results •Actively facilitate and support development and implementation of AI/ML-driven initiatives focused on identifying business opportunities, optimizing spend, and improving operational performance •Serve as a financial and analytical resource to the business, translating complex data into actionable recommendations •Develop and deliver presentations and insights to senior leadership, including VP and SVP-level stakeholders Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field •Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis •Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyze data and extract insights from large datasets •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations •Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously •Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively across Finance and other cross-functional business teams •Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
