Required Skills: •Entegris is currently seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer – Chemical Process Engineering to join our •Team. This position will be based in our •Lead major process improvement and capital projects from concept and equipment design through process flow verification, qualification, validation, and production ramp-up. •Drive localization of proven manufacturing processes, products, equipment, and automation solutions from other Entegris sites into the Aurora facility. •Lead automation projects from proposal and justification through vendor engagement, capital execution, commissioning, and sustained operational performance. •Design, qualify, troubleshoot, and support PLC and SCADA architectures in partnership with controls engineering, including backup support for site control systems. •Mentor, coach, and develop manufacturing engineers by providing technical guidance, feedback, and opportunities to build leadership depth across the team. •Provide operational leadership in the Senior Manager’s absence by keeping critical initiatives moving and serving as a trusted point of contact for Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and cross-functional partners. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or related field.
