Hiring: Lead End User Computing Engineer Company: RBC Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 07:42:05 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Integration Testing, PowerShell, SQL, ServiceNow About the job Experience: •15+ years of hands-on SCCM/MECM experience including infrastructure upgrades, configuration management, endpoint protection, health monitoring, and enterprise support Required Skills: •Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, performance management, and fostering a culture of technical excellence •Oversee strategic initiatives including design and build of a secondary dev/test MECM environment, execution of OS upgrades, and implementation of RBC compliance standardization •Triage and resolve escalated MECM incidents; serve as subject matter expert for infrastructure troubleshooting, MECM log analysis, and peer team support •Maintain global MECM infrastructure health through monitoring, SQL and application maintenance job oversight, and client health support across workstations and servers •Engineer and manage thousands of Windows platform configurations to ensure they work seamlessly together while meeting CUSO regulatory standards and compliance requirements •Plan and execute change records for deployments, infrastructure changes, maintenance, and new feature implementations •Manage application compliance activities including TSS and TCVM attestation, artifact management, access approvals, and disaster recovery and BCP execution •What do you need to succeed?
